5. Do I need to prepare anything before a session?

Just come with an open heart. Wear comfortable clothing, stay hydrated, and be ready to relax. If it’s a virtual session, make sure you’re in a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

6. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Many of our services, including meditation, coaching, and energy readings, are available virtually via Zoom.
